Highly experienced management and sound business practices ensure projects are completed on schedule, to the required quality and within budget.

EXR Construction (Swaziland) (Pty) Ltd (referred to as EXR) operates on a decentralised basis. It has adopted the same principles of quality and cost as the other Group companies in South Africa. With its motivated staff as its most valuable asset, projects are completed on time, to the required quality and within budget.

In line with the EXR Construction philosophy to "go where the work is", the first two contracts in Swaziland were awarded in May 1997.

EXR Construction Swaziland will continue to tender for projects to ensure steady growth. It is committed to becoming a completely independent force in the civil engineering and construction industry of Swaziland.

EXR endeavours to make use of local entrepreneurs and subcontractors. The company established itself as a solid trustworthy and mutually profitable partner and had numerous agreements where expertise were transferred to local communities.

Recently there have been very few tenders in Swaziland resulting in our low presence.
